• Pre-production: Material testing for colorfastness (ISO 105), shrinkage (AATCC 135), and tensile strength (ASTM D5034)

• In-process: 12 checkpoints monitoring stitch integrity (8-12 stitches/cm), seam alignment (±1mm tolerance), and dimensional accuracy

• Pre-shipment: AQL 2.5 inspections with fit verification on 3D body scans
